Counselling face-to-face with me at my practice location....
We will agree an appointment time and meet at my practice location.
Meeting face-to-face is the most traditional way of counselling and the preferred way for some clients. Coming into a physical counselling room can help prepare you for leaving your day to day activities and focusing on what you’d like to work on.

Things to consider...
- Do you have any mobility issues? (Due to the building being old, unfortunately there is no lift to my first-floor room)
- Do you enjoy communicating in person?
- Do you have time for travel and the 50-minute session?
