I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer face to face and remote counselling and am based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
I use she/her pronouns and am passionate about inclusivity, personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
I trained as a counsellor after experiencing first hand what a life enhancing effect it can have.

Professional Registration
I am a Registered Member of the BACP. The BACP is recognised by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA), which holds a register of counsellors who have met specified standards for registration. Membership of this organisation means that I am bound by their Ethical Code. I have submitted my application for accreditation and am awaiting assessment.
