Welcome!
If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely someone who holds a lot together on the outside — but inside, it doesn’t feel how you think it should.
You might be getting through your days — working, caring for others, doing what’s expected — but underneath feel anxious, low in mood, or quietly burnt out. There can be a sense of feeling lost, disconnected from yourself, or unsure who you really are beneath everything you manage.
You may struggle with low self-worth, even if others see you as capable, and find yourself stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, or being hard on yourself.
Sometimes this builds into burnout. Other times, it shows up during life transitions — like becoming a parent, rethinking your career, or adjusting to a new stage of life. For some women, hormonal changes such as PMDD or perimenopause can make emotions feel more intense, confusing, or harder to trust.
For some, there may be recognised trauma that still feels present in how you experience yourself or relationships. For others, it may be long standing patterns or experiences that are harder to name, but still shape how you feel day to day.
And sometimes, there isn’t a clear crisis — just a growing sense that something isn’t right, and a desire to feel more like yourself again.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, self-aware women who feel disconnected from themselves or not “good enough.”
Some come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, or being overly self-critical. While others aren’t in crisis but have a growing sense that they want to understand themselves more deeply and live in a way that feels more true to who they are.
Some of my clients are navigating burnout, feely lost and not like themselves and many are experiencing life transitions — such as becoming a parent, rethinking their career, or adjusting to a new stage of life. Others are experiencing hormonal challenges such as PMDD or perimenopause, where their emotional and physical experience feels harder to understand or trust.
